Return & Refund Policy

​At EDP Online Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide return, exchange, and refund services subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Important Notice: Inspection Policy

​Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product in the presence of the courier delivery person before accepting the delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

​A return or refund request will be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
  • Description Mismatch: If the product does not match the description or images provided on our platform.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has visible defects or is unfit for its intended use.

3. Non-Returnable Items

​Returns or refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • ​Items that have been used or worn.
  • ​Items with broken seals, missing stickers, or damaged original packaging.
  • ​Products purchased under Special Offers or Clearance Discounts.
  • ​Returns based solely on "Change of Mind" or "Personal Dislike."
  • ​Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.

4. Return Timeframe

  • ​Return/Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • ​No requests will be accepted after the 7-day window.

5. Conditions for Return

  • ​The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • ​All accessories, manuals, original boxes, and tags must be returned intact.
  • ​The customer must provide the Order Number or Invoice.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the fault is ours (Wrong/Damaged product), EDP Online Shop will bear the full return courier charges.
  • In all other cases (where applicable), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

7. Refund Process

  • ​Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
  • ​If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 Working days.
  • ​Refunds will be issued via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) or Bank Transfer.
