Shipping & Delivery Policy

​Thank you for shopping at EDP Online Shop. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.

1. Delivery Areas and Charges

​We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka (All over Bangladesh): 120 BDT
  • Note: Shipping charges may vary based on the weight, size of the product, or special promotional offers.

2. Delivery Timeline

​Once your order is confirmed, we strive to deliver within the following timeframes:

  • Inside Dhaka: Within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Outside Dhaka: Within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, political strikes, or courier service disruptions.

3. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • ​After placing an order, our representative may call you to confirm the details.
  • ​Once dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number (if provided by the courier) so you can monitor your parcel's status.

4. Inspection Policy (Crucial)

  • ​Customers are strictly advised to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person (Courier Man) before accepting the parcel.
  • ​If you find the product damaged, broken, or incorrect, please inform our support team immediately at 01920235377 and return the product to the delivery person.
  • EDP Online Shop will not accept responsibility for physical damage or missing items once the delivery person has left.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • ​We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
  • ​For orders outside Dhaka, we may require the Delivery Charge to be paid in advance to confirm the order.

6. Change of Delivery Address

  • ​Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is dispatched.
  • ​Once the product is handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery destination.

7. Delivery Attempts

​Our courier partners will typically attempt to deliver your parcel twice. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable after multiple attempts, the order will be canceled, and the customer may be restricted from using the COD facility in the future.
